1. The service
LemonProof provides AI-generated inspection checklists, market value estimates and cost estimates to help individuals make better-informed decisions when buying second-hand vehicles and property. By using LemonProof you agree to these terms.
2. Informational purpose only — not professional advice
LemonProof's reports are AI-assisted and provided for informational and orientation purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for a professional physical inspection, mechanical diagnosis, structural survey, legal due diligence, or financial advice carried out by a qualified expert.
Market value figures and cost estimates are approximations based on available data and may not reflect the actual condition, value, or legal status of any specific asset. You should always validate any significant purchase with a qualified professional before completing a transaction.3. No guarantee of accuracy
We do not warrant that any content generated is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. AI models have knowledge limitations and may produce errors. All decisions made based on LemonProof content are taken at your own risk and responsibility.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LemonProof and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including, without limitation, losses incurred as a result of purchasing or not purchasing an asset.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
6. Payments, credits and subscriptions
•Inspection credits and subscription plans are described in the app at the time of purchase.
•Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the applicable currency including any taxes where required.
•One-time credit packs are consumed as you generate reports. The Pro/Dealer subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
•Given the digital, immediately-consumed nature of generated reports, credits already used are non-refundable. For issues with a purchase, contact feedback@lemonproof.app.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or access it through unauthorised means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The LemonProof name, design, and software are owned by LemonProof. Reports generated for you are yours to use for your personal purchasing decisions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
